I
love taking pictures of Mt. Shasta, this mystical
mountain, and the surrounding Mount Shasta area to share with
others. Among the notable pictures
featured below is the one entitled "Waves of Ascension," which
has an extremely rare cloud formation, called "Billow Clouds."
The waves rose and fell for hours, just like the ocean tide.
This photo been featured in Weatherwise Magazine, and in a book
on meteorology that is coming out soon. This picture has
traveled all over
the world.
Other pictures feature the lenticular cloud
phenomena of Mt. Shasta. Star Trek fans will enjoy a fun
cloud picture that I call "To Boldly Go..." It
resembles a starship, making one wonder if ship creators
didn't get their ideas from nature. This one is a limited
edition, copyrighted picture with a certificate of
authenticity. These outdoor photographs reveal the spectacular
scenery of mystic Mt. Shasta and the Mount Shasta area!
I hope these pictures will inspire even more
appreciation for the beauty of Nature's creations and for our
